STAFF AUDITION.

Okay, cute little members. I am opening up a staff audition. This is important because I need minions helpers to help me get up the dens and to keep the up keep of the site from driving me crazy. And no one wants a cranky/crazy admin. It's just not fun.

Okay, so there are certain things that I want in each position, and if you can offer them, I need an example of each of them. Whether it be a different site or graphics, I don't care. But you should know that if you fall inactive or simply don't pull your weight, your position will be taken away.

Why: 'Cause I'm a fucking bau5. Uhm, no.. I'm online regularly and I always tell when and if I'm gone. I'm trustworthy and honest. I'm very strict when it comes to rules. I enjoy laying down the LAW! And I'll be nice about it unless otherwise prompted. I'm easily approachable, laid back and energetic. I'm helpful and have a pleasant attitude towards others(usually). I'm understanding and I can keep my cool. I have good ideas and I'd love to share them with you. I'm all that and a bag of chips. (;
References: None that are alive. I've hosted/moderated on numerous sites, one of which did quite well for a good year or so. I haven't been promoted to a staff in this past spurt of roleplaying energy I've had(last 6 months or so), so there's nothing really up to date that I can offer you here. /: I apologize. Why:

The reason why I think I would be good for this position is I am a pretty responsible person and I do have experience running my own sites. I also am aware of the time and dedication that is needed to keep a site up and running, as well as active.

I am an easy going person, but I also know when and how to go about being strict. If that makes any sense at all lawlz. I'm kind of a spaz when it comes to rules, because I get fanatic about whether or not I'm following them, so I constantly read rules on sites. shot

Now, I'm not the most skilled person at graphics, but I do go on Caution a lot and read through tutorials in hopes that I will continually get better. Coding, now, this is where I fall a little short; I can't code off the top of my head, but I do know the basics, and how to rearrange them.

I like to think that I am a rather literate role-player and I do speak grammar good. I am a very good speller, and I do pride myself on my grammar, posts, and spelling.

I am on the computer a lot, and when I don't have access to the computer, I am on my phone. Since I have a blackberry, I have full access to everything on Proboards. So, even when I'm not home, I can be active!
