EBONYFLOWER
Name: Ebonyflower
Gender: She-cat

Position: Warrior
Appearance: Ebonyflower is a sleek she-cat with a fragile form. Her legs are short and very proportioned to her small frame. She has a small torso and small brown paws.
Her fur is a soft brown color with a cream underside and a brown mask and ears. Her paws and tail are brown as well. Ebonyflower's fur is short but very thick, leaving her with warmth in the harsh winter months.
Personality: Ebonyflower is known for her caring compassion for everyone; she is very kind and very sweet. She has always wanted kits and a family of her own and she would say that is indeed a goal in her life; not a major goal, but a goal none the less. Her major goal in life is to someday hopefully become deputy or maybe even leader of ThunderClan. Yes, Ebonyflower knows that it is a very big wish but she wants it more than many other things. The good thing about Ebonyflower is that she knows that if she had to choose between her family and being the leader of ThunderClan she would simply forget the possibility all together.
She likes to hunt, spend time with her sister and to be around her friends. She never has trouble laughing at herself, though she has insecurities and big ones at that. She is a good listener and tends to be a little more on the quiet side until it comes to her opinion and what she believes; then she will be the one to stand up for everything that she thinks is wrong and right in the world.
There are very few things that Ebonyflower dislikes, and a few of them are evil cats, cats that would harm a kit, hurtful cats, and not being listened to. She usualy has a very strong opinion and usually likes to have it heard. She has very high morals and tends to dislike things that fall outside of her morals. She has a very thick skull when it comes to loyal, some would even say that she is blindly loyal to her clan.
She fears little; but one of her biggest fears is losing the things that she cares about the most. She has a very strong sense of pride in herself and others and always fears losing someone from something; regardless of the fact that it is a noble cause or not.
History: Ebonyflower was born in ThunderClan in a litter of three kits. Ebonykit, Bark-kit, and Gingerkit. Only Ebonykit and Gingerkit survived the first night; Bark-kit was born sick and unhealthy and ended up dying the first night. Their mother and father were devastated but never held onto the death for too long because they had two other kits to take care of; two kits that needed to be taken care of. Ebonykit and Gingerkit were distanced as kits; always having different friends, Ebonykit being more open to her friends while Gingerkit stuck to her sisters side when she wasn't sitting alone in the corner of the den. The two kits spent a lot of their time playing when the other kits couldn't play with them, other than that... they spent nearly no time together at all.
On the day they turned six moons the kits were made apprentices. Ebonypaw was given the mentor Hazeleyes and the training began almost instantly. She learned quickly the borders and the hunting but has always lacked in fighting. That is why when Ebonypaw imagines a family and having a mate; she imagines having someone that can protect her and love her fiercely. Ebonypaw was a very quick learner and spent the majority of her time hunting and helping with the elders and in the nursery where she liked to sit and watch the kits play when the queens wanted to stretch their legs. When she was 12 moons old; the day before her warrior ceremony, Hazeleyes, Ebonypaw, Gingerpaw, and her mentor were all on a patrol, patrolling the border when they found a fox in the territory. Ebonypaw and Gingerpaw were sent back to camp for help but Gingerpaw ignored the directions and Ebonypaw returned with help in time to find Hazeleyes dead and Gingerpaw holding on to the brink of life with scratch marks and bite wounds all over her body. To this day Ebonypaw still blames herself.
Ebonypaw was made a warrior and given the name Ebonyflower three days after the attack, requesting that her mentor be allowed the proper time to mourn before she would receive her warrior name and she was allowed that wish. After Ebonyflower was given her warrior name and sat her vigil in the camp she stayed at her sister's side in the Medicine cat's den where she would sit there and be an ever guarding presence. The only time the young warrior ever left her side was to sleep and to go on patrol. Other than that, she spent two long moons sitting at her sister's side, preying to StarClan that her sister would recover. The two months were a long period of fighting with infections and healing the wounds but as they healed she slowly pulled away from her sister until she was certain that she was ready to talk. Gingerpaw was given her name when she was 14 years old; Gingerstep. Her body was entirely covered with scars and since she had been allowed to patrol and live her life as a warrior; Ebonyflower and Gingerstep could not have been closer.
